One of the quickest ways to achieve your bodybuilding and fitness goals is to seek out someone who has already done what you would like to accomplish.
Back in the 90’s when I was competing in bodybuilding, I went to the biggest guy in the gym, Mike Scarcella, and asked him if I could be his training partner.
Mike laughed a little.

He laughed because he was asked this all of the time by guys who either couldn’t hang or just never showed up for training sessions.

I was listening to a Bob Bly interview this week.
Bob Bly is a famous copyrighter (the publishing giant, McGraw- Hill calls Bob “America’s top copywriter”) and a self made millionaire before the age of 40.
He made more than $700,000 in 2008 from his writing and information marketing business.
Even copywriting legend David Ogilvy says of Bob: “I don’t know a single copywriter whose work would not be improved by reading Bob’s book called, The Copywriter’s Handbook. And that includes me.”
