I’m a “fly under the radar” kind of guy.

I have no desire to start a company, hire employees, keep employees, work 40+ hours a week, deal with employee problems, travel to meetings with people who all have their agendas, stay in hotel rooms, miss out on raising my 3 boys, miss out on being a husband, eat bad travel food, get fat, get unhealthy, socially drink too much, etc and so on.

There, I said it.

With 2009 right around the corner I was reflecting on how things online are changing.

Mainly email marketing.

email marketing is powerful and should be utilized by every business minded bodybuilder, fitness or figure enthusiast.

(of course you need a website/ product/service first)

Simply send out an email to your email list and create cash on demand.

You get instant results, low cost and hopefully high response rates.

But social media (twitter.com, facebook.com, youtube.com, bebo.com, etc) is rapidly growing along with text messaging and cell phone use.

Add all of these things up and you get less effective email marketing campaigns.

People use other avenues now to communicate.

They (17 % according to my latest research) change their email address every 6 months.  This is referred to as “churn”.

11/8/08 - Here is a still that embodies what our film is all about.

We are wrapping up the filming of of our video and the preparation for post production is underway.

When completed, the film will be shown to the Mayor’s from around the country in early 2009.

It has been a pleasure for me to be involved with this project and to be able to meet so many wonderful people!
